After an amazingly inspiring inaugural event, Endurance Magazine is proud to bring back North Carolina’s first WOMEN’S HALF MARATHON to Downtown Durham! Created to celebrate the empowerment of women, Ramblin’ Rose events are designed to inspire, support, and propel women of all ages and athletic abilities.
The gorgeously diverse course showcases downtown Durham, the Duke University campus, and Trinity Park and Forest Hills neighborhoods, beginning and ending at the American Tobacco Complex.
The Duke Cancer Institute (DCI) will be the primary beneficiary of the Duke Medicine Ramblin’ Rose Women’s Half Marathon. The DCI is a single entity which unites cutting-edge cancer research with innovative medical treatments. The DCI enables researchers, doctors, and caregivers to collaborate in their efforts to push toward a cure while providing compassionate care to those diagnosed with cancer.
