The majority of this course is on dirt – rocky uneven surface. The views of the lake are fantastic. The 1/2 marathon course is out & back. The race took place in March so the weather was ideal – not too hot & not too cold. At some points along the course the weather was a bit brisk/windy due to the breeze coming off the lake.
