Don’t miss this August family tradition, the Les Schwab Tires Tualatin Crawfish Crawl – a cool morning 5K , 10k and Relay Run/Walk at the Tualatin Community Park. Enjoy the beautiful course through Durham City Park and Cook Park. Race starts at 7:30am and will be finishing right as the Tualatin Crawfish Festival opens to the public. It’s a perfect post-race party!
How The Relay Works:
· Assemble teams of 4 members.
· Run/Walk 2.0 mile closed, partially paved scenic course on beautiful, forested park trails.
· Runners and walkers must remain in the same order throughout the course of the entire relay.
· Running teams will complete 8 legs total (2 per runner). Walking teams will complete 4 legs total (1 per walker).
After the race, Crawfish Crawl participants will receive free entry into the 2020 Crawfish Festival and treated to one free beer/wine (ID Required) and live music! Stick around and enjoy the delicious cajun food and variety of beverages, and fun for the entire family!

My 2nd time running this race, new course route than when I ran it back in 2015. Put the hills out front of the race and they were mostly downhills vs. uphills two years ago. After the hills in the first 10k, the remainder of the race was mostly flat and would have been a good candidate for PR if not for the train that stopped me and others for ~5 minutes less than 100 yards from the finish line!
