The course is flat and nice for first-time half marathons. This race production has a lot to improve upon. I race walked the course with a friend and we were the last two on the course. The timing mats were packed up and race director had already departed by the time we finished. This is not the way to encourage runners to participate; even if it is a small production for charity purposes.
