    I will preface by saying I don’t love trail races but here’s my review:
    Pro’s – Lots of parking, GU on course, open start & finish line
    Con’s – Technical enough trail (I fell twice and bled), gets muddy easily, difficult to pass if need be.

    It had been really wet winter, and the US National Whitewater Center course was nothing but mud. Although my time was lame, I loved every second of trying to stay vertical. The camaraderie with other runners rocked. Nothing too spectacular in terms of swag for the 4 milers, but the hoodie is awesome. Great race!
