More than an event… the Casino Bridge Run is a destination!!!

The Casino Bridge Run, presented by Harley Sports and hosted by the Golden Nugget Casino, takes place in beautiful Biloxi, MS. A 10k/5k run/walk that is undoubtedly the best event of its kind on the gulf coast. The event kicks off on Friday, the day before the run, with an expo located at the Golden Nugget. There you not only can participate in early packet pickup, but vendors are on hand with running gear and other items at prices that will be hard to pass on. Expo day is also the time to get your free backdrop photos taken. Stacy Bizjak Photography, the official event photographer, is on site to take your photos at the expo and during the event, so be sure to stop by and get your photos. All races start in front of the Golden Nugget Casino. The 10k course crosses over the Biloxi Bay Bridge into the city of Ocean Springs, MS, follows along the waterfront, into town and back across the bridge. The finish line for all races is located at the Golden Nugget swimming pool. The 5k run/competitive walk crosses the bridge, turns and crosses back, with the same ending point at the Golden Nugget Casino.

The view from the Biloxi Bay Bridge is unbeatable! At the top of the bridge you are 95 feet above the water, with an amazing view of the water and coastline, but the bridge overlooks both Biloxi and Ocean Springs.

A little bit about the Biloxi Bay Bridge:
– The distance across the bridge and back is 3.2 miles.
– The bridge height is 95 feet.
– Total length: 8448 feet.
– Original bridge destroyed by Hurricane Katrina.
– New bridge opened November 1, 2007.
