Nice, well manicured trail race with mild downward slope for most of the race. It was raining in 2021 when I completed this half marathon, but this did not impact the support or condition of the course. This trail course was a closed course. The only wheeled traffic were for race support. I highly recommend this half marathon.

Race is a gentle downhill course, which enables some pretty fast times. Race is over a beautiful well maintained trail. Temperature was cool and scenery was great. Possibly a bit past peak foliage but still very nice. Swag is nothing special, but fine. It is a point to point race, they provide bus service back to start. If in you are, in the area it is well worth it!

I loved the gradual downhill course. Beautiful scenery too! Loved the long sleeved tech shirts. We would do this race again. Needed more ports potties at the start. MORE
