Like the others in the series this run begins at a brewery, a small section down a street, and onto the canal. Not much scenery. There was a couple of cows. The run was good and I ran this one with one of my coworkers. It was nice to see him, but he’s faster than me so we only ran together a short while. The canal was a bit wet in places from ran earlier in the week, but overall not too bad. Flat the whole way. The beer at the end is always helpful.

Like the others in the series this run begins at a brewery, a small section down a street, and onto the canal. Not much scenery. There was a couple of cows. The run was good and I ran this one with one of my coworkers. It was nice to see him, but he’s faster than me so we only ran together a short while. The canal was a bit wet in places from ran earlier in the week, but overall not too bad. Flat the whole way. The beer at the end is always helpful.
