Aid stations are amazing and often. Love the electrolyte options. Also, fruit and gummy energy chewies are an added bonus. People are so nice and helpful. Easy directions to the race, fun after party, and the medals are the main reason I run. Plus downhill it perfect for me, since I don’t really train for this race.
