If you have never run a race this is NOT for you. It's hard, as first half is uphill and you could also be running against the wind, its fun … MORE
If you have never run a race this is NOT for you. It’s hard, as first half is uphill and you could also be running against the wind, its fun coming back as you turn around, the road is paved. Weather is unpredictable, so be prepared; temperature dropped 20 degrees from when I left home (I live in Las Vegas) to the start of the race, and it can get really, really windy. This if for those who are looking for small events, not crowded, challenging and fun.
