A little cold a little wet with nice scenery for a “town” run. Some slight incline nothing too major, overall fun 10K run. Great way to burn some calories before Thanksgiving feast. Great atmosphere and production awesome swag, pants shirts and medal A++. Personally I got a PR for 10K and had a really fun good time, looking forward to next year.

Great course mostly flat nice views fun atmosphere! Personally I came in fifth place in the 12K and had a great run, I was very much inspired by other runners around me and the happy positive atmosphere. The morning was cold but I quickly warmed up on a clear sunny beautiful day, perfect morning for a run. I would highly recommend this run and any or all Orca Running events they are simply the best great swag and production every time. Thank you very much Orca for making my first season into running fun and memorable.

Great course nice views fairly easy run with only a few hills. I had a great time with another fun run Orca does a great job with their events. Great swag I love the shirt and the medal. I highly recommend any Orca Running event fun running great courses at an awesome high level of production with great swag.

My first time running the course and I absolutely loved it! There is a slight decline for the first 10 miles and the last 3 miles flatten out so it makes for a fast course. Great scenery and a perfect trail for running, not too hard and not too soft but just right. My fastest Half Marathon time yet, great course! Great production, the race organizers did a wonderful job, I really have enjoyed all my Orca Running events this year they are the best! Awesome swag the IHH hand crafted wood “medal” is awesome but even better I also ran Craft Classic Half along with the Iron Horse Half to earn the coveted Golden Spike Medal! My favorite medal so far it’s awesome! Over all I feel like I’m improving as a runner from each event I run and I look forward to the next! Orca Running is the best and I look forward to running many more events they put together.

Great course, only about 9′ total elevation gain over the course which is totally opposite what I’ve been running so far. Beautiful paved path along the Sammamish River in the very nice City of Redmond, Washington. I had never been to Redmond before so it was great to experience this area for the first time during the run. This is thought of as a PR course and if not for the heat I maybe could have run my personal best time. I think my wife said it was about 85 degrees at one point during the run. To me it felt more like 1,000 lol, I would say the heat was absolutely the most challenging aspect of this run and it was both mentally and physically challenging. Overall I would say Awesome beautiful course great production sweet swag and personally one of my better performances of the summer, A+++

Great trail, this run starts out with a gradual uphill, I wasn’t forced to hike until several miles into the run and even then their were only a few spots of steep incline. The first downhill was long and fast about 2 1/2 to 3 miles or so. That really fried my legs leading into the second uphill section which has a bit of steeper incline. it’s pretty short but after that intense downhill I hiked a bit more and had my slowest pace time at mile 11 and 12. We were very lucky with temperatures in the mid 70’s and a nice breeze perfect morning for a long run. My performance was okay 23rd overall but I finished under three hours and I was super happy with that. The only downside for me was no medal at the end, I chose this run specifically for the unique Red Devil Challenge medal. This is only my third ever official run and my goal is to have 10 medals by the end of this summers running season. This was to be my third medal, I know it’s not the end of the world but a bit of a bummer. Anyway, an amazing experience and I very much appreciate all the effort that went into putting the event together. I would probably do this run again or if I can get stronger by next year maybe go for the 50K. Highly recommended run great experience!

Race Date 04/25/2021 could not enter correct date above. Overall this is a beautiful course and not too difficult. Great swag, nice shirt and beanie and the medal was pretty cool also. Personally I started way too fast and by mile seven tanked hard, oops. Far from my best time but for my second half marathon I’m still learning. I would definitely recommend doing this run and I look forward to a better run next year.

This race was awesome! I did make a mistake and ended up running 14 miles so it’s important to pay attention. My first time and I had no idea what to expect, thinking there would be road running. This is all trail and lots of incline, prepare for trails and incline! Scenery was amazing and the trail running was epic, the difficulty just made the experience that much sweeter, do this run it’s worth it!
