Fun Christmas race. This is an easy course and festive vibe. They always have hot dogs, hot soup, and a hot chocolate bar post race as well as pictures with Santa. In addition there is an awesome basket raffle afterwards.

This race was extremely organized. The volunteers all along the course were super helpful and nice, even reading bibs and cheering people on by name as they ran past. The medals were very cool and the shirts nice. Lots of food and water at the end and even space blankets for all as it was a little chilly. I would 100% do this race again.

Beautiful trail. This is run on the Ironton Rail Trail which is beautiful and mostly through wooded areas and open fields. The medal was great even my family thought it was one of my coolest ones and all of the ladies got a rose too. Well run, I will do again next year.

The half marathon was organized and well run. This was my first half so I don’t have much to compare to regarding aid stations, etc. There were enough for my needs. Only downside for me was parts of the trail were uneven and it kind of annoyed my left hip but other than that I had a great time.
