A well organized event with something for all skill levels (kids 1k, 5k, 10k, and half marathon). Even though the course is along paved pedestrian paseos, this tested my stamina as the weather plays a factor given it is held in the middle of June. Definitely come prepared with some sort of hydration pack to keep you hydrated and out of trouble (aid stations are available with water and nutrition). Since this was only the second year, there were only about 450 participants. I can definitely see this race grow and attract more runners as time goes by. They have laid a great foundation to build on and I look forward to running this race again.
