This 3 State Series has so much potential! The previous race director left and the group that tried to pick up the loose pieces did an amazing job in my opinion. Did they have hiccups…you bet! BUT, they were honest and no doubt tried there best to make sure everyone had an enjoyable time. Keep this one on your radar, because the area is beautiful to visit and if the same group keeps this race going they’ll be successful! Thanks for a great experience!

This race went through several race directors over the course of the past 12 months from what I understand. The folks that ran it at the end of the day clearly tried their best to make it a great event and while there were a few snags, it WAS A GREAT EVENT for me. The Idaho course was new this year and I absolutely loved the peace and serenity I enjoyed on this run over dirt and gravel roads in the country…no cars. White caps 360 degrees and wildflowers galore. Great medals for race and place with a nice adequate spread of food post race. This is a small event with great people.

This course still owns me! Was prepared for cool and rainy similar to 2018 and instead we were blindsided by heat and humidity. Poor nutrition plan cost me as I bonked at mile 21. Still a course PR by 5+ minutes. Love this race and will conquer it one day! Earned a BQ for 2020, so see you next Spring!

This was an inaugural event, so that said it was very well organized and the course was extremely well marked. Aid stations had just about anything I could think of and were strategically placed. Volunteers were all smiles and ready to assist with my water bottles. Great day and a 4th Place Overall!

Added this to my 2018 schedule as a Boston 2020 Qualifier just given that the date worked. It was my first St. George, but will not be my last. Absolutely gorgeous course that is primarily downhill but doesn’t kill your quads. It could not be run better and St. George is a wonderful Family destination.

Looking for an Oregon Marathon to add to my 50 States quest and found a gem. This is not a huge marathon, but you will find a great running community and an amazingly beautiful and difficult course. Probably one of my most rewarding races to date.
