This was an overall great race! I loved the location and scenery of the course; we started at the top of a mountain and it was all downhill from there. It was really cold early in the morning (we had to be shuttled to the top of the mountain, 2 hours prior to race start) and there were three fire barrels provided. Everyone was huddled around them trying to get warm as we waited for the race to start. Once we got going, we warmed up and running through the mountains and park land was beautiful!
The race expo and post-race area were set up nicely with adequate support and I LOVED the medal, so cool looking! It is in the shape of an arrowhead with a picture of Yosemite Valley on the front. It is one of my favorite of all the races I have done. I would definitely recommend this race to others!

This was a really tough race but amazing to have done! Getting to run on the Great Wall was something to never forget; the first mile takes you up a mountain and then when you get to the top you get to climb up on the wall to one of it’s tallest peaks and down again. By the time you finish that you think: I’ve run at least half the race already, but no, only 4 miles! The rest of the course keeps you on street level and you run through a local country/mountain village. You really get to see the local people and experience a race like none other.

I really enjoy the Ragnar Relay races, this was my second one, first time doing Napa specifically. Such a neat concept to get a group of friends together, throw them in a van or two, and race for over 24 hours non-stop from point to point. I loved running in the middle of the night, where you can just see the next person in front of you. This series is my all time favorite so far.

This was a good race, with lots of support, great route, and that extra Disney touch. The first half (approximately) of the course was run through the two Disney Parks and the second half was run through Anaheim, specifically the downtown area.
Not very many hills (just the freeway overpasses) and had great support.

This was my first full marathon and i really enjoyed running through the city of Montreal during the fall. The weather was great and the fall colors were amazing to see! I felt this was a good course for me, it was not very hilly and took you all over the city so I was able to see a lot. I would recommend this to other runners

This was a great race to participate in, It was my first trail race and it really was a trail! we were up and down on access roads, hiking trails, a portion of it was on a regular road, and it finished on the beach. It really gave you a work out, but running in the Marin headlands was awesome.

This race is a good one for those starting out. The course is relatively flat and has good support. I think my main not so thrilled about it point is, you are on PCH for so long and it doubles on itself, so you get to see PCH twice.
But I did really enjoy all the support and swag and after race party they had. I also really like that it is part of the Beach Cities Challenge (complete Surf City, OC, and Long Beach within a years time and you qualify).
