For over 20 years, the Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon Series has made running fun by infusing each course with live bands, cheer teams and more. This year, we are bringing our best to the Oasis International Marathon de Montreal with more music, runner support, and community engagement every step of the way. This is the largest running event in Quebec and with five distances to choose from, there is something for everyone.

This was my first full marathon and i really enjoyed running through the city of Montreal during the fall. The weather was great and the fall colors were amazing to see! I felt this was a good course for me, it was not very hilly and took you all over the city so I was able to see a lot. I would recommend this to other runners

I ran this in 1989 so this report is based on an amazing memory of my first marathon. I remember running through Old Montreal – the marathon was a beautiful tour of the city of Montreal on foot – all the landmarks and beautiful buildings along the way. The volunteers and crowds were out in full force and very friendly. I remember the finish line and all the goodies – cases of Labatts beer stacked up high and the fresh fruit was a beautiful site! Sad to say I have long lost this medal – but these memories of my first marathon live on! I would highly recommend this race to others!
