Clinton Suber's Staging Area

I enjoyed this race, I thought it was expensive for it being on a bike path and not closed off streets, even though the money supports non profit organizations it should be much cheaper, the Fontana half marathon was half the price. I did love that they had a lot of pictures on the course and enough hydration stations. It was local for me so that was great, they should tap into local running clubs, Bootcamp gyms, Chiro, massage businesses to fill up the expo area as it was pretty small! I thought the shirt design wasn’t the best, but the medal was great! They should allow you to pick up your shirt at the end of the race as everyone had to pick up the bib and walk back to their cars. The parking was free and very easy to get in and out of. To promote the race they should advertise more on Instagram. LA has over 50 Running clubs many were on the course today if you have an ambassador go to the run clubs give out discount codes or win a free entry it gets the name out and encourages more to participate, you can even do give Always with the extra shirts that doesn’t cost much! When there’s more participants more vendors come, more vendors bigger sponsors, it’s a win win for everyone!
