The coordinator was very helpful and polite and professional. I will do this race again maybe even try the half

It was mishandled in my opinion. The race course was changed last minute. No community support. This race was to draw people to the area..but no one of the community … MORE
It was mishandled in my opinion. The race course was changed last minute. No community support. This race was to draw people to the area..but no one of the community showed up. The expo event was nit even ready for us participants. No porta-potties at the aid stations. The volunteers lacked enthusiasm.
This was it’s 21st year and they treated it like it was it’s 2nd or 3rd year. Made me sad

We have lots of trails Herr. Atvsomecpoint they will all be connected and then it will be just a trail. I think it’s a good race to showcase local participants and local vendors and volunteers. The trail is the trail and I am grateful we have them. This is also a race 1st timers can try and get a feel as to the run/jog/walk. Kids could get a lot of fun running it also. Some of these events I am not sure if the organizers are paying attention. Participants come from everywhere

I like running. I like that running is not restricted tom1 season. However I do not like running on slick iced paths. I like my knees and ankles and legs for that matter. I am not wanting to tear strain or break anything for the sport of running.
The trail was an easy trail for the most part..but nothing exciting about it. Donating our old shows wonderful idea. 1 I am on the fence as to whether or not I run this 1 again.

It’s a,race but it’s a,race thst needs to be paced. 1st 2 miles are the most difficult then the rest goes smoother.
The downhill at bingham hill needs to be paced or quads will hate you a long time
The last 6ish miles are not that exciting but thst happens on the poudre trail

Wash rinsecrepeat. Last year I did this race we started at Budweiser Brewery. This year new course. A little flat but that’s OK. Starting in Wellington but the beauty over half of it was on cinder and rock not concrete abd asphalt. My knees were living it. Nice to run a race on a surface that has give. Since it is a march race weather is always a guess. So I was glad I dressed for Colorado weather

So I wanted to run or get back into running. 1st race since my high school days. I didn’t have a clue. Started at Budweiser Brewery went thru a neighborhood or 2..but the course was not friendly to the joints. I had to figure that out the hard way. I finished. Surprised myself it was better than anticipated. I did dress for the day. It was sunny and cold.
I knew I would do this race again
