This was my first marathon and I DNF. I still would come back next year and try again because I loved this course. I liked the loop and having some idea of where I was. Going over the Rourke Bridge felt like 3 years long but still enjoyable. It was a bit crowded finding parking so I suggest getting there even earlier than you plan. I parked in the farthest away garage so leaving was super quick and easy. Highly recommend this race!

This race was a great course, nice strip of running along the shore which was nice. It was a pretty mild winter so did not have to worry about snow on the roads. For a pretty small race there was actually more fan support than I was expecting. They also had pacers which was great. I signed up for this race again – thats how much I enjoyed it!
