Negative Split is the professional company that produces most Spokane runs and it has a great group and nice volunteers. The race courses, however, are trite and boring out and back same ol’ same ol’. I do them but events are mostly same course and out/back. T-shirts unimaginative. Still, if you are a runner they produce most events in town.

Course was along Centennial trail all paved which was nice up to a point. Would have preferred more Spokane especially towards end. Finish in a really dull place. Great aid stations. Packet pickup sucked. It was downtown during a major city parade!!! All streets blocked off and traffic nightmare. No swag, just a nice technical t
