This was a great race! I’ve never done a race for a certain about of time before, and this was a great way to dip my toes in. Having the loops set up the way they are allowed me to know how I was doing and have access to everything I needed every mile or so. The aid station was amazing, with food and drinks being offered throughout the race, with a large variety to chose from. The scenery was through grove trees, which wasn’t the prettiest race I’ve ever run, but most of my run was in the dark anyway. Being a trail runner, I prefer some elevation, but the flat was nice for a faster pace! The medals and awards are amazing the shirts were gorgeous and unique! I’d do this race again!
