Overall well run, but the pretzels at race end were cold, not hot as expected for a fall event. And beer was good, but not cold, as was expected. Logistics of race were very good, but this is what is expected from a for profit event.

This was a very nice, low stress race. For 50-staters not wanting to spend a ton of money on Chicago and just want something low key, this is a great option. The medal is kinda small, but it matches the price. The trails are of course beautiful, and actually very flat meaning this was actually a fairly easy race.

This was a very nice, low stress race. For 50-staters not wanting to spend a ton of money on Chicago and just want something low key, this is a great option.
