    Lauf für mehr Zeit is a very nice charity race to support the local AIDS help organization. Runners can choose between 5 or 10 km. The course is a flat and fast 5k loop through downtown Frankfurt. The race is accompanied by a nice get-together on Frankfurt´s most beautiful square which is Opernplatz in front of Alte Oper.
