I really enjoyed this race, it is a lot smaller that the big ones (about 5000) but ran like a big event in that it was very smooth and everything was planned out. The course is good the first half is the hardest which is good because you are still fresh. Don’t let the net downhill fool you there are hills, I heard some people behind me getting upset out that. The only issue is the weather as it was very cold and the wind was really rough because you are running about 70% in the open. It was my first full marathon and I would definitely do it again.
