Keep in mind that the “Elevation” will pay a big part in your run!!! Where I live and run, we are at 300-600 ft. The race I was at around 7,500 ft. The first 5 miles up hill are rough, but miles 5-9 are absolutely gorgeous and worth the 5 mile struggle up hill. Get the portable Oxygen, it does help.
