I ran a steady pace, held back too much early thinking I’d find it late, but the hills late were just enough to keep me from any free speed I may have had there. It’s a nice event, great scenery and I definitely will do it again. Tough course though for a beginner like me.

I had never been to San Francisco and decided to do an event while I was there. The 10k was great. Friendly people, beer at the finish line, nice course with good views. What a runner’s paradise San Francisco is. I also really liked the T shirt which has made a wonderful and unique item to take home with me. Probably my favorite race shirt I’ve ever had with the bridge on it I ran in that week.

Great event, nice swag, save energy for the massive climb. The uphill trail of dirt and gravel makes it even tougher. I'd do this event again for sure. Great atmosphere MORE
