Last Rucker Standing event, and I took on the challenge with a 30-pound pack. The course was a demanding one-mile route with a 300-foot elevation gain in the first half mile. The atmosphere was electric, with incredibly strong competitors tackling the ski slope alongside me. My strategy was to maintain consistent lap times and push through the grueling slope up the mountain. I’m pleased to report that I was able to stick to my planned pace throughout the entire day and night. A big thank you to Race Mozey for organizing such an incredible event!
