Few things for amateur runners like me
– Don’t plan for PR in this race as this is very hard race (2182+ ft elevation)
– Conserve energy in start, as hard part starts post 10 mile
– Have camera to take pictures – its very beautiful

For amateur runners like me
– Its mostly downhill, but you don’t feel it as its one straight road which keeps going 🙂
– Pick a pacer which works for you, just follow
– Its supposed to be scenery race – but time when this race happens, there was not much to see
– Race bus starts early, so keep warm cloths which you can checkin before start – I made a mistake and was freezing for 1+ hr
