The course runs from Menchville high school to downtown Newport News. Running along the main roads is not great but the diversions into the surrounding neighborhoods, CNU, and the park are beautiful. The finish line is awesome, the crowd support fantastic and energizing. Lots of groups set up stands throughout the course with water, snacks, beer! Etc.
