The canyon doesn’t have as great a drop as a lot of other local canyon races. That makes it easier on the knees and feet. The start of the race … MORE
The canyon doesn’t have as great a drop as a lot of other local canyon races. That makes it easier on the knees and feet. The start of the race wasn’t too far removed from drop off time so you don’t spend a bunch of time standing around. Those that man the aid stations are AWESOME. Someone was even handing out pancakes.
