Expo was awesome. Course was good, scenic if somewhat boring and lonely. 12 aid stations, would have liked 2-3 more, but not that big a deal. Everyone was friendly. Finish … MORE
Expo was awesome. Course was good, scenic if somewhat boring and lonely. 12 aid stations, would have liked 2-3 more, but not that big a deal. Everyone was friendly.
Finish area needed TLC. Only drink available was water, only food in finish area was a banana. After running 26.2 I needed a bit
more. A sports drink, chocolate milk, bagel or power bar. Something, anything really.
