Timing mats shutdown at exactly 3 hrs

The mats were turned off at exactly 3 hrs, even though the past race results showed, 3:19, 3:31, etc, so several runners were very surprised at the Race Director who … MORE
The mats were turned off at exactly 3 hrs, even though the past race results showed, 3:19, 3:31, etc, so several runners were very surprised at the Race Director who stated he decided to “Not be as nice this year” WoW!
Mats were still in place thru 3:15, w finisher pics taken & medals awarded, but SURPRISE, no official time. Runners just expect race directors to be consistent w past posted official times. Also, runners required to run with traffic, instead of against traffic, with no
cones.

Ran #PocatelloMarathon today, w some of my fave 50 Staters and #MarathonManiacs. This Race Director & his team put on an Awesome Race. Not too big, scenic, great support, nice weather, unique perks – including a nice shoulder pack & bag of potatoes, great pictures package pricing w pre-pay, very nice post – race meal/Sizzlers, nice age group awards-3 deep, I can’t say enough, state 37 for me, and now one of my top 3 races.
