This is my second year doing this race and it’s one of my favorites. The expo is well organized and fun. You can sign your name on the car and draw/sign/color a banner that’s hung up at the end of the race. The race has lots of course support and is well organized. The race started on time which was nice. Love the post race banners with professional photographers available to take photos.

One of my pet peeves is when a race doesn’t start on time. We were delayed 15 minutes and it was very cramped for most of the beginning of the course. The actual course was pretty, especially when we got out on the trail. The elevation map showed a gain towards the end of the race and my friend and I didn’t even notice it. Overall a great race, but start on time.
