Definitely do uphill training for this race! It was more than I expected. However this race was very organized and well planned. It was cold at the start but accommodations were made for runners to keep them warm with fire-pits and gas lit stations. Hot chocolate, coffee and bananas were served. The drop off location was well run and the lines kept moving. Overall I would do this race again! Love Vacation Races!!
