Yankee Springs Winter Challenge

The Yankee Springs Winter Challenge is run on beautiful rolling single track trails at Yankee Springs, State Recreation Area in Southwest Michigan. We run in whatever conditions Michigan winter gives us, and it’s a different challenge every year.

The 10k is a single loop. The 25k is a single loop. The 50k is 2 laps of the 25k, and the 50 mile is 3 laps of the 25k plus a 5k loop at the beginning. Aid stations are between 2 and 4 miles apart. The race starts and finishes at the Long Lake Outdoor Center. We recommend staying in the rustic cabins for the weekend. Single bunks and cabins are available. Prices include both Friday and Saturday nights.
