Wisconsin Trail Assail Independence Day Run

Fox River Park is full of mature woodlands, wetlands, and many species of wild flowers. You’ll feel like you’re in the northern woods of Wisconsin without leaving Waukesha County. The 5K / 10K course runs through the forest canopy with a surprising number of elevations changes.

Seven races over five months with a series ending championship. The races are held in Waukesha County and Wisconsin State Parks. All the races have 5K & 10K distances and four of the events have 1/2 marathon distances. Run/walk some or all of the races.
