Volcano’s ‘Ohi’a Lehua Runs

Come join the Volcano’s ‘Ohi’a Lehua Half Marathon, 10k, 5K, and Keiki Dash. The race will begin and end in Volcano Village. The course will take runners up Wright Road through a beautiful ‘Ohi’a forest with scenic views of Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa. The half marathon will have an elevation change of about 500 feet, runners will turn around at the top and head back down. The 5K will be rolling hills.

All runners will receive a finisher’s shirt. Half marathoners will receive a finisher’s medal. 

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to University of Hawai’i for furthering research of Rapid ‘Ohi’a Death and The Volcano School of Arts & Sciences.
