Same course every month. The cool thing is you can compare your results from month to month with only the weather being a variable. Sign in is easy for repeat runners, you can save and reuse your bib from prior races and just sign in and pay your dollar.

Just like the name suggests, there is no frills (aka swag) that come with this race: no shirt, no medal, self-serve water station, no chip timing. What you do get is a monthly race that is the same every month and certified. Times are posted (based on gun time) later in the afternoon. Great way to get out and run with/against other people and enjoy yourself. Well run and not fancy! and the best part is that it is only $1 cash.
The weather this particular morning was quite muggy and humid. Weather isn’t always on your side in Texas. Good thing is that I can hope for better weather next month instead of next year.
