Trinona Triathlon

Experience one of the Midwest’s most scenic race courses. Swim beneath Sugar Loaf peak in Lake Winona, then head out for some country cycling, finishing with a flat, fast run along beautiful Lake Winona ending at the historic Lake Park bandshell. Sprint, International or Relay triathlon options for every level of racer. For the second year we are offering a run – bike – run Duathlon that follow the Sprint run and bike courses.
