Nice swim in a very clean lake followed by a VERY hilly 13 mile bike, and a slightly hilly run that starts and finishes on the beach.
Tons of volunteers to help things run smoothly. Pizza, fruit and chocolate milk in pavilion for awards ceremony following race. Nice medals. Unisex, cotton t-shirts.
