Toronto Women’s 10K & 5K

The Toronto Women’s 10K/5K is an ideal way to keep you motivated and fit throughout the summer. Be a part of one of Toronto’s most scenic and unique races this summer.

Come and see why these races continue to grow and provide women the opportunity to set the pace and be fit and active in a fun, supportive and friendly environment.

If you are new to running, this is a supportive, friendly race and a great way to get out there and be active. If you are an experienced runner and ramping up your training for the fall running season, this race is the ideal test of your fitness level.

The in-person race starts and finishes in Wilket Creek Park and follows the paved paths of the Toronto park system. The virtual run gives you the flexibility to complete your distance, your way, anywhere, roads, trails, anytime. Together and apart, we collectively set the pace.

The PUMA Toronto Women’s Run Series raises funds for the Pediatric Oncology Group of Ontario (POGO). Your participation helps make a difference to children and their families living with cancer. The goal is to raise over $50,000 goal in 2024. This will bring our cumulative total to more than $625,000 since our series inception in 2009.

Everyone is welcome, encourage your training partners, family and friends to join you on race day. Remember, when you finish all three of races in the series this year you will receive an exclusive PUMA Toronto Women’s Run Series finisher prize at the October race.
