Phoenix Running is inviting you to ‘unlock your running potential’ and to come and an epic set of medals!

As the name(s) suggests this is a series of 12 consecutive running events held over 12  consecutive days where you choose – from 5km to 10k, half to marathon to ultra, you can complete as many, or as few, laps as you like each day. The laps will be based around our standard 5.3km, 3.28 mile, out and back, series of routes along the beautiful River Thames and are held on UKA/IAAF measured and certified routes.

The runs are 5, 6, 7 or even 9 hour timed events, dependent on distance entered. We offer super-early starts from just after 6am so if you take advantage of these you can get up to 9 hours of run time. We welcome absolutely all abilities of runner – complete one lap on any day and you’re both a finisher for that day and a winner in our eyes, or keep going and see how far you can go in the full time limit. Then come back and do it all over again and again and again.
