This was my first time running in Florida. The race was well organized and the volunteers were interspersed all over the course. The water stops were set at 2.5, 5.0,7.5,10.0 and 11.5. A very flat course on a trail through the state park which was about 50 percent shaded.
The medal was awesome and they had drawings as well as age category medals. All in all one of the best run races i have participated in.
The weather was VERY humid so times were affected. Thankfully they had plenty of fluids on the course and a shady screened in area to sit at picnic tables after the race.
