Enjoy the majestic beauty of the Cape Cod National Seashore in one of the most unique endurance races. Two distances from which to choose — plus you can race solo or form a team of two.

There are two distances to SwimRun Cape Cod this year: Long Course: (approx. 9.7 miles of running and 1.8 miles of swimming across 7 bodies of water), and Short (4 miles of running and 0.75 miles of swimming). A longer course option may be introduced in the future.

The race is point-to point – from the Atlantic Ocean into the Truro Highlands, down to the kettle pond district, and into Wellfleet Village. Athletes will park near the finish line at the First Congregational Church. Long course athletes will be shuttled to the start; Short distance athletes will start at the school.
