Super Bulldog Jog 5K

The Bulldog Jog is a 5K run/walk for all ages. The course will begin and end inside Garfield High School; however the majority of the 5K will run through our surrounding community residential streets.

The goal of the event is to continue to promote health awareness for students and their families, which is why it will again be held during the month of May, “National Physical Fitness and Sports” month. In addition to the Health and Fitness goals, the “5K Jog and Health Fair” will also raise funds to provide financial assistance to our student population that plans on attending college.

Located exclusively on the school’s campus, the Health Fair will include FREE pre- and post-run festivities (beginning at 7am) featuring a variety of entertainment, as well as health and fitness information. This event will offer not only finisher medals, shirts, and timed bib at a low cost to those who register, but also fun activities for the whole family.
