The course description per the MC was different than how it went. They tried to provide a map so you could see where to go in real time, but it didn’t prove too useful. We were told, for 15k, to go past the third water station, turn around and come back… there was no third water station and when you passed the second it dumped you onto a busy street… because that wasn’t the way to go. For a race that was to be 9.32 miles, a couple of us ran close to 11 trying to figure out what to go. The poor water station volunteer wasn’t sure and it wasn’t until we went back and asked her did she say EVERYONE was supposed to turn around there…
