    This race was the hardest thing I’ve ever run. Trail run in Mission Trails Regional Park up the stairs to South Fortuna. It was incredibly hot that day, I drained my hydration pack and was glad to find the last water stop for a partial refill. Also very grateful for the park ranger with one of those little water spray fans somewhere out there. Made a friend on the course and we pushed each other to the end.
