St. Barnabas Free Care 5K Gibsonia, PA   Aug 1, 2026

For over 30 years, runners and philanthropists alike have gathered at this 5K to raise money for the St. Barnabas Free Care Fund, which provides more than $6 million in free care to patients in need every year. We invite people of all ages and skill levels – including competitive and amateur runners, joggers, walkers, teams, and stroller and wheelchair users – to join the annual Free Care 5K, benefiting a great cause!

– The rolling 3.1-mile out-and-back course is USA Track & Field-certified 
– ChampionChip timing allows you to get your true running time from start to finish line 
– A post-race party is open to participants with dozens of raffle prizes and a prize for the top fundraiser

The 5K fundraiser doesn’t end right after the race! Come to the St. Barnabas Medical Center lawn immediately following the race for an awards ceremony and post-race party. There will be free food and beverages, music, and more. Dozens of prizes will be given away in a post-race drawing.
