Shotgun Trail Blast

If you like trees, mud, streams, hills and incredible views, then the Shotgun Trail Blast is for you! Best kept single track trail running secret in Lane County! Beautiful canopy of trees throughout, with many small rock bridges, manageable elevation gain and a fast finish. You’ll have a blast!

The first section of the 5K course runs on the 5.2-Mile loop, prior to heading back downhill into the finish area to complete the 3.1-Miles. The 10K course has a half mile out & back section prior to completing the 5.2-Mile loop. The 25K course will consist of the main 5.2 mile loop, which will be covered three times. The 50K will consist of the main 5.2 mile loop, which will be covered six times.

The 25K and 50K distances cover multiple loops of the single-track trails adjacent to the picnic shelter. This section does happen to be thickly wooded, have several streams with rock bridges to cross and abundant wildlife!
