I remember toeing the line of my first 5K. Feeling nervous and full of butterflies. Fearful of the unknown. Our shared experience is we all started somewhere. Perhaps you have your own story of your first race experience and the emotions that swarmed you before taking your first steps on the road or trail. As in life, first time challenges can feel overwhelming and daunting. But nothing is as rewarding as setting a goal, taking a risk and realizing you’re capable of accomplishing more then you imagined.
